No. We do not charge callout fees.
For drainage callouts, we charge £95.00 (excl. VAT) for the first hour. Each half hour following this is charged at £45.00 (excl. VAT).
For home buyer surveys, we charge £250.00 (excl. VAT)

If additional works are required, the client is contacted directly before works proceed.
How quickly will an engineer attend?
We strive to provide prompt service for all of our clients. We aim to have your local engineer at your location within 2 hours from initial enquiry. This may fluctuate depending on demand, so please do contact us for more information on our current availability in your area.

Yes, we have comprehensive business insurance. Copies of this can be supplied upon request.
